DISC Profiling
I am certified to administer DISC profiles through the Coaching Academy.
DISC is a psychometric profile that can be used to gain personal insight into your behaviours or those of your team. It can be used in training, development and to improve communication.
I can then support you either on a 1-2-1 or as a whole team on ways to implement this understanding to improve performance.
